Ranthambore National Park Rajasthan

It is one of the well-known tiger reserves of India where you can spot this magnificent wild beast in action. Try to avoid planning Golden Triangle tour with Ranthambore during the summer season as wild animals rest in shadows during the summer season. During the winter season, you can spot tigers soaking sun rays and hunting on the grassy fields of Ranthambore

What a calm n quiet vast area of jungle land. Must for wildlife lovers. Spotted 2 tigers both brothers on route no 6 on 30 June. From 1st July the park is closed. The sighting was for more than 20 minutes at close quarters. All the pictures are taken on mobile phones. Must place to visit once in a lifetime.

Such an amazing place... So beautiful and quiet. Loads to see here so do take a guide with you. Best time to see tigers is in the morning. You can rent a vehicle from your hotel. Stay for at least 3 days to enjoy the place. This place is amazing. This forest is famous for tiger conservation. The national park has good biodiversity.

This place is so beautiful, every spot is unique in itself. The sights of wildlife taking over the man-made structures are awesome. A must-visit for any wildlife lover. A note to first-time travelers, confirm where your hotel is and from which zone you have your Safaris booked.

Wildlife at its best

Must visit in winters as mostly with all places in Rajasthan and would say the most fun time to visit is early winters as some bird watching can also be done.
. You will see the Indian tiger in full of its glory and would be treated to watch and see that will never be forgotten.
Would say take the hotel attached to the national park for easy Access

Ranthambore National Park RajasthanRanthambore National Park Stretched across 1,334 square kilometers, the Ranthambore National Park is home to the royal predators dwelling in the royal land of Rajasthan. Tigers being the main attraction of the park easily fetch the interest of wildlife photographers. While enjoying a safari in Ranthambore, you will be enthralled by the sight of these cats prancing freely and absorbing the warmth of the desert. In addition to the tigers, there are various other wild beings like Sloth Bears, Wild Boars, Sambar and so on that lure tourists.
Best Time to Visit: The park remains open from October to June, but the ideal time to sight tigers is March-May.

Coming to this part of India just to see the tigers in the National Park, I was beyond impressed. I had some of the best moments of my trip to India. Seeing the tigers was just indescribable beyond words.

To see the tigers, it is almost like a lottery... due to the roaming nature of these majestic creatures, they may not be visible. However, we were lucky on our second attempt and saw a tiger.

Cantor service is HORRIBLE!! Confirm beforehand with the agent whether they're booking a Cantor or a jeep for you. If you're genuinely interested in the safari then get the best guide. Some of them are really good but some are not at all interested in showing you the animals. Enquire thoroughly.

One of a handful of national parks in India, where you can sight tigers, in their own habitats. The jungles of Ranthambore are a must-visit, not only for wildlife enthusiasts, but for all people, who must see tigers and other wildlife like bears, boars, deer, birds, etc. roaming around freely, and watch the grace and majesty of these awesome creatures, before mankind wipes them out, eventually.

Summer is the best time to visit if tiger sighting is your aim. This is because tigers tend to stay near the water bodies in the park, to cool off, in the blazing heat.

Winter reduces the chance of a tiger sighting, as they tend to stay deep in the forests and not venture out much, but the forests take a new dimension in the winter, with a lot of greenery and more water, after the rainfall in the monsoons.

Be it summer or winter, this place is one you can visit any number of times, and still be blown away by the beauty of nature.

The management system is completely horrible, it makes fool us, nothing in the park they ride you again and again on the same track, you can see the man walking in the park,  domestic animals walking, but no tiger and not any wild animal which makes you happy when you see it.
Ranthambore National Park RajasthanSo save your money...

Very nice place to visit in Summers or Winters but avoid visiting in peak Summers and visit this place in groups to make your trip more memorable. You can go here with friends or family or you can make it a solo trip as well. It not very obvious that you will spot tiger there but you can, of course, spot tiger claw prints in the sand near water ponds. You will get to see the tiger of you get extra lucky. So go and visit this place.

One of the finest national parks we have in India when it comes to the big cat sighting especially Tiger. Just plan the right time of the year and leave for this place. This is not a dense forest but nude which makes ?? sighting even more evident. It is situated in the jungles of Rajasthan in Sawai Madhopur. This jungle has some nice birds as well like Kingfisher etc. Make sure to pay a visit to this park just that safari availability is an issue here since it opens 365 days in advance.

Ranthambore is a tiger reserve. It has 10 zones and you can book tickets online. You have an option of a 6 seater Maruti gypsy or a 20 seater canter. Both options are fine. What matters is whether you are lucky enough to spot the great ??. I visited in June which was perfect enough time since it shuts down temporarily in monsoons.  Zone 3 is very scenic. Zones 1-5 have a higher probability of spotting a tiger. Stay at Tiger moon resort which is very near and also an excellent place to stay. Overall a great visit.

Very Adventurous Safari,  Animals saw Tiger, Deer, Chinkara, BlueBucks, Python, Antlepoes, Rabbits, Peacocks, and varieties of birds.
Tiger and Tigress spotted at Zone 1 and 6.
Morning is the best time to visit.
Preferred to take Jeep.

This is a beautiful place to experience nature, lots of wild animals to see and admire, I was lucky enough to see a Leopard but unfortunate as it was very quick and unable to get a picture, I did not get to see a Tiger which was a shame. Tip: make sure you carry your passport if you are a foreigner it beats the queue to get a permit to enter the park.
