Umaid Bhawan Palace

Umaid Bhawan Palace

Umaid Bhawan PalaceIts a display of Royalty. A beautiful construction that is mostly converted to a classy hotel and the balance is a museum. There is a segment that displays vintage cars. One should not miss the grand entrance with the helipad in front. However, the richness of the place was in a cheap contrast to the behavior of the guide who was in a hurry to finish the tour, not adding much value in exchange for the tips that were pocketed before the trip started, by demand.
One of the best hotels in the world. Ranks 3rd among the world's best hotels. Belong to the Taj Group of Hotels. It is one of the historic palaces turned into a luxury hotel. Many of the famous personalities weddings took place in this hotel. Service is quite luxurious over here.

Royal splendor inspiration for designers and decorators.
Entry is not well signposted by the city council and googles maps which take you to some other nonfunctioning tourist entrance.
Well maintained complex with good clean toilets. The small canteen serves pot noodles and kulfi, cold drinks at the entrance.

It's a modern palace, actually, the most modern I have ever seen. The place looks grand shows the luxury with which these kings have lived. They have a great collection of Vintage cars and some relics. They charge a bit for the entry but worth the visit. Better to hire a scooter for a day to reach these places. It's a bit to the insides and is difficult to reach by public transport

I was very excited to visit this palace as the place is "Umaid Bhawan" but it is worth visiting once only. There was a very small part of the palace which is accessible to the public. There was a Vintage Car Museum inside the palace which is not a thing for visiting. Only the museum thing is attractive which has a nice collection. Just a display of royalty. I don't know much about the staying thing so I can't comment on it. It is okay to visit once as it is Umaid Bhawan Palace.

This place doesn't need any reviews, the 5-star hotel property is worldwide famous.
The place is divided into two parts 1. Hotel 2. Museum
Tourists are allowed to see the museum by purchasing tickets. If you are interested in architecture, history, royalty, status then you must visit here. There is a park at the entrance. You can have ice-cream and sit in the park and enjoy the day.

Umaid Bhawan PalaceNice view, nice place, the interior is not that much but good to visit. A lot of cars showcased lots of old cars a lot of old antiques nice to see nice views..... The entry fee is slightly high not that much to see but good. This is a privately owned palace. The front garden is good. The way to the palace a lot of beautiful sceneries is also there. The entry fee is hight I don't remember the exact rate correctly but it was high.
